1. WHERE WE SHIP
Kazi Collection currently ships within South Africa.
Shipping availability and rates are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address provided.
2. PRE-ORDERS
The Faithful Collection are a pre-order product.s
Pre-orders will begin shipping from 30 October 2026.
Please note that:
30 October 2026 is the date shipping begins, not the guaranteed date of delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where tracking is available.
3. SHIPPING COST
Our standard South African shipping rate is:
R89
Orders of R490 or more qualify for free standard shipping within South Africa.
4. DELIVERY TIME
Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery is generally expected to take approximately 1–10 business days, depending on the delivery destination and courier.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside Kazi Collection's control, including courier delays, public holidays, weather, or incorrect/incomplete delivery information.
5. ORDER PROCESSING
For pre-order products, your order will be prepared for dispatch according to the applicable pre-order schedule.

Where tracking is provided by our delivery partner, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

7. INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, additional delivery costs may apply.

Kazi Collection will make reasonable efforts to meet the stated shipping schedule.
If circumstances materially affect the expected shipping date of a pre-order, we will communicate the relevant update to affected customers.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights regarding delayed or non-performance of an order.
